here's how it works- We have a new policy to better serve you! Please read carefully!!

Step 1.

Go through your closet and pick out up to 25 of your best Spring and Summer items -- we want clothing, accessories & shoes that are in LIKE-NEW condition. We will look through up to 25 adult or kid items, or a combination of both. Our new policy is that we can only take up to 25 items per drop off or appointment so that we can accommodate as many sellers as possible.

Step 2.

We have a new policy so please read closely! We will be doing a drop off day on Monday's from 10 AM - 4:30 PM starting on January 13th. You do not need an appointment to drop off on Mondays. You can bring up to 25 clean, folded, freshly laundered items & a buyer will yes/no your items on the spot while you wait. You can take back the items we pass on or you can choose to donate them. You are free to go once we have yes/no'd your items. You will receive your offer within a week.
We will still be buying by appointment on Tuesday - Friday. You can sign up on our Appointment Page -- new appointments drop every Sunday at 5 PM CST starting on January 5th, 2025!

Step 3.

Bring your 25 items into The Getup at 212 W. Water Street in downtown Decorah anytime on Mondays from 10 AM - 4:30 PM, or at your appointment time Tuesday - Friday. Please stick around for 10-15 minutes to take back the items we don't take. *If your take back items are not picked up the same day you drop off, they will be donated.*
Items dropped off on Mondays may take a week to be processed, but we hope to send you an offer within the week. Items brought in on Tuesday - Friday for an appointment we try to send an offer that day. You can choose cash, Venmo or store credit for a third more. It's that simple!
